Threat Briefing (TB)

The Threat Briefing is a short assessment to provide a concise overview of current threat developments in a particular country or region. It is not a report which is specific to certain types of operations, but it can include a general overview over the potential impact of recent developments in specific areas.

These types of reports can be used for various purposes. They provide valuable background for decision-making (up to and including board-level decisions) related to commercial operations in specific countries or regions. At the same time, such a briefing is also an important tool to improve general situational awareness in relation to upcoming or changing security threats.
