This month’s issue of the Monthly Intelligence Report covers incidents that took place between October 1 - 31, 2022, in three focus regions:

Focus topic: The Israel - Lebanon maritime deal

The agreement between Lebanon and Israel to demarcate their maritime border will allow for natural gas production as well as further exploration.
