Tender Evaluations (desk-top)

A tender evaluation focuses on the existence, completeness and depth of a PMSCs documentation and procedures required for professional and lawful delivery of armed guards’ services and measures them against relevant regulations and industry standards. This is complemented by an assessment of the PMSCs potential.

This assessment is typically used to determine whether or not to move forward with a PMSC or to create a Shortlist. The assessment also serves as a basis for the office and/or on-board audits.

Office Audits

An office audit delivers a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation of the effectiveness of procedures, communication, logistics, training, management practices, etc. described and illustrated within the documentation submitted as part of the Desk-Top Assessment. The audit results are used to determine whether or not to contract the PMSC, to continue contracting, to implement improvements and/or to confirm that the PMSC meets the required standards and those promoted.

On-Board Assessments

The on-board assessment evaluates the actual performance of the armed teams and substantiates compliance with the procedures, practices and training validated in the office and desk-top assessments. Furthermore, the On-board Advisor (OBA) validates that the armed team is fulfilling the client contract in entirety at the standards advertised.
